  • After approval, your refund will be processed within 15 days from the date we receive the returned product.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to personal choice (change of mind, size/color preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
