  • Items damaged by misuse or mishandling after delivery

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 15 days.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

6. Important Notes

  • Always keep the purchase invoice or receipt for return verification.

  • Products sent without prior return approval may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
